It is light weight, easy to dump the water out, and holds enough water but not too much so the birds will drink from it. You will not be unhappy with this birdbath if you purchase it.

Be careful when you assemble this birdbath...
It is very light-weight. I added rocks to the tube to hold the base down, and when I did, the tube separated from the base at the point it was soldered...Now I had to rig up a way to keep the tube on the base!
Looks pretty, but am afraid that it will blow over in a strong wind!
